1. Service Limitations: My Trash Up is not responsible for any damage to trash bins that mayoccur during the course of our service. Clients are encouraged to ensure their bins are in goodcondition prior to service
.2. Accessibility: My Trash Up is not liable for missed put out or put away services if the clientprovides incorrect information regarding bin location, trash pick-up date, or if the bins are notaccessible at the scheduled service time.
3. Entry into Private Premises: Clients acknowledge that the My Trash Up team will be enteringtheir private residential premises to perform the service. Clients must ensure that the premisesare safe and accessible.
4. Pets: If dogs or other pets are present on the property, the My Trash Up team reserves theright to refrain from putting out or putting away trash bins for the safety of both the team andthe pets.
5. Hazardous Conditions: Clients may be held responsible for any injuries sustained by My Trash Up team members due to hazardous conditions present on their property, including but not limited to, uneven surfaces, debris, or any other unsafe factors.
6. Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless My Trash Up from any claims,damages, or liabilities arising from the provision of services, including but not limited to anyinjuries to team members or damages to property resulting from the client's failure to discloserelevant information or ensure a safe service environment.
7. Modification of Terms: My Trash Up reserves the right to modify these terms and conditionsat any time. Clients will be notified of any changes prior to the next scheduled service.
